Our coaching includes both personal and online interactions, following an initial intake to understand your unique needs. The protocols we offer are customized to your health and wellness goals. However, we strongly recommend consulting with your primary care doctor, especially if you have any medical conditions. Please request a “Letter of Medical Necessity” from your doctor's office to initiate the process safely and effectively.
